History
Cline & Carmack Judgment Recovery Professionals was founded in 1995 by Charles Cline.
Mr. Charles Cline has over 25 years of experience in the collection industry, has held positions in agencies, large and small, as well as served as the senior vice-president of a national finance company supervising over 100 offices focusing primarily on collections and asset recovery.
Mr. David W. Byers accepted the position of Director of Operations on September 1, 2005. He is a licensed attorney in California since 1977, has a wealth of experience in collections for his own clients and has represented five collection agencies.
Mr. Cline retired and Mr. Byers has taken over ownership of the company.
