NO COLLECTION, NO FEE
If we are unable to collect, we do not receive a fee. Our fees are based only upon the amount successfully collected.
You are responsible for court costs only regardless of collection success. These amounts will be discussed with you prior to their being incurred. We generally require payment of costs in advance of the services. Upon successful collection, your advanced costs are reimbursed first.
